Monthly fees for enhanced independent living assisted living include daily meal service from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., access to community amenities, regularly scheduled activities, and use of common areas. If additional care is needed, such as nursing care or assistance with daily activities, the cost for these services is in addition to the monthly rent.
