Moving into Senior Living
at Fieldstone of Bainbridge
Moving into Fieldstone of Bainbridge starts with a life enrichment interview where our team takes the time to get to know you better and to learn about your preferences and interests. With this information, we aim to ease your transition into senior living and help you find the activities and amenities that resonate with you. This approach allows us to customize your experience, like tailoring movie nights to your tastes, and to ensure your time here is truly special.
As you prepare to move in, you’ll have the chance to review the floor plan of your new apartment. This step lets you envision how your furniture and décor will best complement the apartment’s style and layout so you can make it feel like home from day one. Our apartments come equipped with cable services, so if you like watching television, feel free to bring your TV with you. Additionally, you’ll want to make sure you bring cookware and dishes as both our independent and assisted living apartments boast full kitchens.
After you’ve made the move, rest assured that you won’t need to change medical providers. You can continue working with your current medical team, and we’ll handle transportation to and from your appointments. Beyond medical needs, we also offer transportation for community outings and events to help you stay active and engaged.
Once you’re settled in, don’t hesitate to take some time to explore the community and become familiar with all of the amenities. Plus, you’re sure to find plenty of friendly and welcoming residents who will be happy to show you around. Should you have any questions, our staff is always available to assist.
In our community, residents can have visitors whenever they wish. We understand that having friends and family visit not only supports your initial transition but also contributes to your ongoing quality of life. Your loved ones are always welcome to join you for a meal at Gerald’s, drinks in the Sky Lounge, or at any of our special events.
