Local <a href=\"https:\/\/members.thurstonchamber.com\/directory\/Details\/area-agency-on-aging-1209842\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Area Agencies on Aging<\/a> often know about subsidized programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>I feel guilty taking time for myself.<\/em><\/strong> This might be the biggest obstacle. Call around and see what\u2019s available in your area.
