Don't let these sweet ladies fool you—they're fierce on the cornhole boards! Every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., they gather for friendly competition, laughter, and lots of cheering each other on.
This week's champion is Val, and she's proudly wearing the Champion Hat! The winner gets to wear the hat all week and brings it back to defend the title at the next game.
A special thank you to our amazing volunteer, Tony, who joins the fun every week like clockwork. Our ladies truly appreciate his dedication.

The Cornhole fierce league brings the heat 🏆🔥
Residents enjoyed a wonderful lunch outing to Powerhouse Grill, where they shared delicious meals, great conversation, and plenty of laughter. The friendly service made the experience even more enjoyable, and Jean made everyone smile by ordering her favorite margarita, reminding us all that "it's five o'clock somewhere!" Outings like these provide opportunities for socialization, community engagement, and creating lasting memories together.

It was a great outing, looking forward to the next one!
Yesterday, we honored our beloved resident, Charlotte, and celebrated a life well lived. Thank you to her wonderful children, Terry, Jeff, and Lisa, for allowing us to host this special celebration.
Charlotte was our self-appointed welcoming committee, a Master Gardener, and an active member of our community. She loved gardening, welcomed everyone with a smile, and was loved by all who knew her.
Several guest speakers shared heartfelt memories, and Elder Chuck from West Side Home Group closed the service with a beautiful prayer.
A special moment was when Charlotte's granddaughter, Geanene, played her favorite song, "In My Garden," in her honor.
A heartfelt thank you to Kathy Fuerst, Charlotte's dear friend, whose hard work and dedication helped make this beautiful celebration possible.
Charlotte's kindness, friendship, and love for our community will always be remembered. We are grateful to have shared in celebrating her remarkable life.
