At Fieldstone, caring for those living with memory loss isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. We were honored to bring our residents out for a fun-filled evening of baseball, great food, refreshing drinks, and meaningful community connections.
This special event was about more than enjoying America’s favorite pastime. It was an opportunity to raise awareness and support for the Yakima Walk to End Alzheimer’s, helping fund research, education, and resources for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, supported the cause, and helped make the evening such a success. We are proud to stand alongside our community in the fight against Alzheimer’s and remain committed to enriching the lives of those we serve every day.
